How to turn on the camera onvif adminstrator user?

This PTZ keyboard support all devices that have standard onvif protocol. Make sure you have turned on the camera onvif protocol and created onvif adminstrator user in your camera. Or you can not search the camera due to the camera onvif protocol turned off, or could add but can not control because you add the onvif video user or operator only.

We take the Hikvision security camera for example to show how to create onvif adminstrator users. Please do the same in your camera so as to be added in the keyboard smoothly.

How to add cameras to the keyboard?

After you connected the camera to the lan and turned on the camera onvif user, you could search the camera in lan and add
After you connected the camera to the lan and turned on the camera onvif user and you have got the camera IP, port #, and onvif user name and password, then you could add the camera manually.
If you could map your onvif devices to the public network, then you could add the camera IP address,port # and user name and password, then you could control the devices remotely. But there may be delay for the camera to move as there is long way for the signal to go. (not recommended)

You only need to press three buttons to select the camera and control while other model need to input the camera IP or go down to select the camera IP.

Statement For the reserved RS232 and RS422 port:
