一.Why the coffee tastes too light?

1.1 The powder is too coarse;
2The powder filled is too loose
二.Why your coffee capsules do not produce water or produce less water?

1 The capsule is not compatible;
2 Too much powder
3 The powder is pressed too tight
4 The coffee powder is too fine
5 The water outlet or the filter net is blocked, please get pod and adjust.

三.Why the machine showing red light?

Please get pod and check at first: Too fine grinds will block the outlet. Shut down it to dissipate the heat, wait some minutes to reopen it. (If the machine gives red circle without starting brewing, contact me for refund at any times!)

When you fill the coffee powder, fill it with compaction, so that the coffee is brew and taste better!

It maybe need some practice at the begining, many customers get nice result after testing, we believe you can also use it well!
